I am presently testing new pasta recipes for my upcoming book due out next Spring.

Appearances

I do cooking demonstrations at libraries and vendor fairs in Rhode Island. My next scheduled demonstration is Tuesday, April 23 at 5pm at the YMCA of Smithfield at 15 Deerfield Drive Greenville, RI 02828. Please call 401-949-2480 to register!

I am also appearing at St. Thomas’s Vendor Fair on Saturday, April 27 from 9-2pm located at 1 Smith Ave. Greenville, RI 02828. No registration required.

In May, you can visit me at The We Be Jamming Mother’s Day Stroll on Saturday, May 4 at the Crowne Plaza Ballroom at 801 Greenwich Ave. Warwick, RI 02886 from 10am to 3:30pm. I will be selling and signing copies of my cookbooks.

In June, you can visit me at the 2024 Barrington Arts Festival and Community Fair in Barrington, Rhode Island on Sunday, June 2nd at Barrington Town Hall from 9:00 am to 3:00pm.

Cookbooks

I am the author of three different cookbooks, which tell stories and recipes about family, friends, and Italian traditions. My latest title, Cookies Galore, was release this past Christmas and features my most requested, gluten free, and no bake cookie recipes.
